The need is growing.

In the Lehigh Valley,10.7% of residents are food insecure (pre-COVID 7.8%). The percentage of children who are food insecure is 15% (pre-COVID was 13%) (Feeding America, 2021 report).

There are some very easy ways to donate food. It can be as easy as donating at the grocery store at checkout. There are many food pantries around the Lehigh Valley. Each has its own drop-off locations and different requirements for the type of food they will take.

This need not be daunting; you can use this map to see which places are nearby and learn their desired foods for donation.
